At WEAR TENSO, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused and unwashed
  • items must be in their original packaging
  • items must be in resellable condition

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been:

  • worn
  • washed
  • opened from sealed packaging
  • damaged after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact form.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as WEAR TENSO is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
